Group classes
I teach weekly classes in Stockton Heath & Grappenhall in South Warrington. My group classes are small and I only ever have a maximum of 12 people per session.
Private/Semi Private Lessons
If you have a busy lifestyle and can’t make it to group classes, then why don’t I come to you? You also have the option to invite a friend/s to join you and share the cost. I am happy for babies and young children to be in the room.
Private sessions are a great way to focus on exercises in depth and are designed to meet your specific needs and objectives based on your individual fitness.
Private sessions are also great if you are new to Pilates as it gives you a chance to learn the basic techniques before moving on to a group class.

At the Workplace
So many of us now spend our day either hunched over the computer or on our feet so it has become increasingly important to take care of our health by strengthening our core muscles and reversing the effects of poor posture.
Pilates in the workplace can help to reduce tension and stress, lift energy levels and improve concentration and work efficiency.
